bpxech Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bpxech", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bpxech platform and its operating entity, accessible at bpxech.app.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses any part of the bpxech platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon completing the bpxech registration process.
• "Platform" means the bpxech website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible via bpxech.app.
• "Funds" means any Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held within a User's bpxech Account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake of Funds placed on a sporting event, casino game, slot title, or any other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or incentive granted to a User under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by bpxech before withdrawals are authorised, typically involving submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

By accessing the bpxech Platform, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any Bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and bpxech. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting bpxech support.

bpxech may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain a bpxech Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active.
• You are a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had a bpxech Account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You possess full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

Only one Account per individual is permitted. bpxech uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bpxech reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate, void all Bonuses across both accounts, and in cases of deliberate multi-accounting, terminate both accounts permanently.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your bpxech Account. This responsibility includes any Bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — regardless of whether the action was taken by you personally or by a third party who accessed your Account using your credentials.

You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your Account access with any other person. bpxech will never ask you for your full password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bpxech support immediately via live chat. bpxech will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation; however, bpxech accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorised access.

bpxech reserves the right to place temporary restrictions on Account withdrawals while KYC review is in progress, or where unusual account activity has been flagged by our risk monitoring systems. Such restrictions are a security measure and do not imply any finding of wrongdoing on the part of the Account holder.

All financial transactions on the bpxech Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpxech does not charge its own fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider — whether JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or a banking institution — may apply their own transaction charges independently of bpxech.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• JazzCash — Instant credit to your bpxech balance. Minimum deposit: Rs 200.
• EasyPaisa — Instant credit to your bpxech balance. Minimum deposit: Rs 200.
• Raast — Typically credited within 5 minutes. Minimum deposit: Rs 500.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank — Bank transfers credited within 1 to 3 hours on business days.
• 1LINK — Inter-bank transfers subject to standard 1LINK processing times.

Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. bpxech reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and may request verification of payment ownership at any time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallet withdrawals: processed within 5 to 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
• Raast transfers: typically settled within 5 to 30 minutes during banking hours.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: 1 to 3 hours during business hours (09:00–17:00 PKT, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC on file. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. bpxech reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals. Withdrawal requests that cannot be processed due to incomplete KYC will be held pending document submission and will not be cancelled automatically.

All Bets placed on the bpxech Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable rules and accept them as part of this agreement.

Sports Betting (including Cricket):

• Bets are accepted subject to available markets and current odds at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended or refused at bpxech's discretion during live events.
• In the event a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with bpxech's specific sport rules for that event type.
• PSL and other cricket markets will be settled based on official scorecards as published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.).
• bpxech reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error or technical malfunction.

Casino Games & Slots:

• All casino games and slot titles are provided by third-party game studios. Each game's individual rules, RTP (Return to Player), and volatility information are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed according to the game provider's rules. bpxech cannot be held liable for connection issues attributable to your device or network.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. Where a technical error affects the outcome of a completed game round, bpxech will work with the game provider to investigate and resolve the matter fairly.

bpxech operates all games with a negative expected value for the player over the long term — this is inherent to gambling and is not concealed. Players are encouraged to review the Responsible Gaming page for guidance on managing gambling activity sustainably.

bpxech offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry periods. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game types (e.g., low-margin casino games) may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements, as specified per promotion.
• bpxech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where bpxech determines that a User has registered multiple accounts or engaged in any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — bpxech will void all bonuses, associated winnings, and may terminate the Account.
• Bonuses will automatically expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpxech Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, voiding of Funds and winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place Bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any multiplayer game format.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bpxech staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the bpxech Platform or its underlying technology.

All content on the bpxech Platform — including but not limited to the bpxech logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data feeds, odds formatting, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of bpxech or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform using automated means.
• Use the bpxech name, logo, or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of bpxech intellectual property will result in immediate revocation of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpxech's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bpxech expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond bpxech's reasonable control (including network outages, acts of God, or government action).
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The conduct of third-party game providers whose titles are hosted on the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, or any banking institution.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, regardless of whether bpxech was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death and personal injury caused by gross negligence.

bpxech is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to these users seriously.

As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves risk and the possibility of financial loss is real and inherent.
• You are responsible for monitoring your own gambling behaviour and expenditure.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion, if you feel your gambling is becoming harmful.

bpxech's responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account dashboard.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account to all gambling activity. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period expires.
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders showing your session duration and net wagering position at regular intervals.

Either party may terminate the Account agreement at any time. You may close your bpxech Account by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, bpxech will process any pending withdrawal of your available Funds balance to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and standard withdrawal processing times.

bpxech may suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• Underage gambling or failure to satisfy age verification requirements.
• A self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a third-party responsible gaming referral.
• A directive from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon termination for breach, bpxech reserves the right to withhold any Funds balance pending investigation. Where termination is confirmed as a result of fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting, all Funds — including deposits and winnings — may be voided in their entirety. bpxech will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the Account holder via their registered email address.

Where an Account is closed at the User's own request without any breach finding, any remaining Funds balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to completed KYC.

bpxech reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bpxech will endeavour to notify registered Account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at the time of login.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated provision, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bpxech is licensed and operated.

In the event of a dispute between you and bpxech regarding any Bet, Account transaction, or the interpretation of these Terms, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact bpxech support via live chat or email to raise your complaint. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our Complaints Manager via email at [email protected], clearly marked as a formal escalation. The Complaints Manager will review the matter and provide a final position within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — External Review: Where a dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may seek independent review through the dispute resolution process available under bpxech's applicable gaming licence terms.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. bpxech does not exclude or limit any rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
